The Summit Avenue Residential Preservation Association (SARPA) will be hosting a very interesting and informative talk on our historic avenue presented by Professor Kristin Anderson for SARPA members and invited guests.

Dr. Anderson is a Professor of Art History at Augsburg University. She has taught courses on the history of Summit Avenue. She is the outgoing chair of the Minnesota State Review Board for National Register of Historic Places designations. Formerly, she served as the president of the state chapter of the Society of Architectural Historians (MNSAH). She earned her Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota.
PLEASE NOTE: Professor Anderson will not speak about the proposed Regional Trail on Summit. Her talk will be an opportunity for SARPA members and guests to learn more about the avenue we all love, from an engaging and expert speaker!
