GRAND OLD DAY
VOLUNTEERS

Grand Old Day has extended a special invitation to the Ramsey Hill Association—offering us a fantastic opportunity to raise funds and spread awareness about RHA within the community. We need your help to make the most of it!

 

We’ll be staffing a beer tent and selling wristbands this year – and we’re looking for friendly volunteers to fill 2- hour shifts throughout the day

🔸 Pick one or more 2-hour volunteer shifts
🔸 Attend one required training session (details below)

🔸 Non-RHA members that you know (friends, neighbors, family) are welcome to help out!
🔸 Each volunteer receives an RHA shirt (1 per volunteer)

🔸 Each volunteer receives one complimentary Grand Old Day Wristband (Must be 21+)

This fundraising opportunity will help us make money for RHA event AND allow us to:

• Promote the RHA

• Sell RHA memberships

• Help us promote the Historic Hills House Tour

• Support your neighborhood while enjoying one of St. Paul's favorite traditions!

Volunteer Training Details

NOTE: These are mandatory in order to check wristbands or serve beer cans.

📍 Location: Macalester College - Weyerhaeuser Board Room

Session 1: Monday, May 18
Session 2: Wednesday, May 20

Agenda:

• Volunteer Arrival & Check-In: 5:30 – 6:00 PM (pizza, water, and treats provided)

• Orientation: 6:15 – 7:00 PM (starts promptly!)

• Alcohol Awareness Training: 7:00 – 7:45 PM

Ideally we would like a total of 24 volunteers throughout the day.
