The Summit Avenue Residential Preservation Association (SARPA) and the Ramsey Hill Association (RHA) will be hosting an interesting and informative talk on The Animals of Summit Avenue presented by Professor Kristin Anderson. This will be the tenth in a series of lectures presented by SARPA and RHA and the ninth lecture on Summit Avenue by Professor Anderson. Each of the past lectures have revealed fascinating facts and insights. This lecture will as well.


Please be aware that the topic of the talk notwithstanding sadly pets will not be allowed to attend. You will need to convey what you learn to Fido when you return home.


WHO: Dr. Anderson is a recently retired Professor of Art History at Augsburg University. She has taught courses on the history of Summit Avenue. She is the past chair of the Minnesota State Review Board for National Register of Historic Places designations and has served as the president of the state chapter of the Society of Architectural Historians (MNSAH). She earned her Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota.
